At Coastal Printworx, we strive to ensure the highest quality in all our products and services. Please review our refund policy below:

Made-to-Order Items:

  • All made-to-order items, including but not limited to DTF prints, custom clothing, and banners, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
  • In the event of a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

Stock Items:

  • Stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of stock items.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
