Easily upload customer-provided graphics for high-quality DTF printing. Save time and reduce errors with our user-friendly uploader. Increase customer satisfaction with fast and accurate processing.
- File Format: Original images must be in PNG, SVG, or JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
- Image Scaling: Enlarging a 300 dpi image (e.g., from 3″ to 9″) may cause pixelation and quality issues.
- Color Conversion: Be aware that color shifts can occur when converting to CMYK for DTF printing.
- Image Orientation: Do not mirror your image. Use transparent or removed backgrounds unless you want the background printed.
- Font and Line Thickness: For small fonts or thin lines, we recommend a minimum thickness of 7.5px (0.25″) to ensure proper ink and powder application.
- Design Considerations: Avoid using neon glow, gradients, and soft edges, as DTF printers may struggle to print these designs accurately.
- Quality Assurance: We print exactly what we receive. Our team will not correct spelling, placement, sizing, or image quality.
Satisfaction Guarantee

Pressing Intructions
To ensure your DTF transfer looks professionally pressed every time, follow these five simple steps.
1. No Need To Pre-Press Or Pre-Iron: Removing moisture is unnecessary. Only do a prepress if you so desire.
2. Position Your Design: Take your time to line up your transfer in the desired location on your item. Normally, there is no need to use heat-resistant tape on flat heat presses to keep your design in place, however it is highly recommended when pressing transfers onto hats or when using an iron to keep the transfer in place. You’ll get a feel for when this is needed.
3. Press: Press your transfer with medium pressure at 305°F / 160°C for 15 seconds. You cannot damage the transfer by pressing with more heat, pressure, or time -- within reason. However, too much heat can damage your garment, so test first and use parchment paper or a protective guard sheet to protect your garment from a direct iron.
4. Let It Cool. Then Peel It: After pressing, let your transfer rest until it is cool to the touch (minimum of 15-30 seconds).Once cool, lift the transfer from one corner and gently peel back. This ensures every piece of your design is adhering to your item. If not, stop peeling, lay it back down, and trouble shoot as follows -- (1.) If some or all of the design does not transfer AND it was cool when peeling, it means there was not enough heat, pressure, or time. Press your transfer again with more pressure and time first (+5-10 seconds). (2.) If that doesn’t work, try 15°F heat increments until you find the sweet spot. You truly cannot damage the transfer by pressing multiple times.
5. Final Press & Wash Instructions: Place the parchment paper included or a single layer of t-shirt material over the design and press again for 5 seconds to soften the design, increase durability, and remove shine. If you want a shiny finish, cover with a protective guard sheet for the final press. When washing, flip shirt inside out, wash on cold and dry using low heat or hang.
Garment Care and Washing
To ensure the longevity of a garment with a Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer, follow these specific care instructions. DTF transfers, though durable, can wear out prematurely if not washed and handled correctly. Here’s how to care for it:
1. Wait Before Washing
- After applying the DTF transfer, it’s best to wait at least 24 hours before the first wash. This allows the adhesive to fully set.
2. Turn the Garment Inside Out
- Turning the garment inside out protects the DTF print from friction against other items in the wash, which can cause fading or cracking.
3. Choose Cold or Lukewarm Water
- Use cold or lukewarm water (up to 90°F or 30°C). Hot water can weaken the adhesive and cause the print to peel or crack over time.
4. Select a Gentle Wash Cycle
- Set your washing machine to a gentle or delicate cycle to minimize agitation, which helps preserve the print.
5. Use Mild Detergent
- Use a mild, phosphate-free detergent without bleach. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they can damage the DTF transfer.
6. Avoid Fabric Softeners
- Fabric softeners can interact with the transfer and break down its adhesive, reducing its lifespan.
7. Skip the Dryer if Possible
- Air-dry the garment for the best results. If you need to use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat and remove the garment
